Terry Gladstone

Terry first sold fences while in college, he was the number one salesman on the staff. Following an 18 year restaurant career, he started Action Fence in November 1995. Action Fence of Michigan will soon be celebrating its 20th anniversary and our mission statement remains the same as the first day. Sell the best product available, have the best people install it and throw in lots of TLC to ensure a great experience. Thats the experience we want you to enjoy.

Steve Kay

Starting his 5th year with Action Fence, Steve will be one of the professionals you may see when selecting your fence. He will customize your needs to fit with your yard and your budget.

Randy Huyck

Randy Has been with Action Fence for 15 years and in that time he has installed more than 2000 fences. He is now our "Sales & Installation Coordinator". He along with Terry will be your "go to" guys regarding your job.

Jess Wills

Jess our office manager will most likely be the first person you speak to in your experience with Action Fence, she answers our phones, does our scheduling and really is the backbone behind the office at Action Fence.

Johnny Johnson "JJ"

In his 13th year with Action Fence JJ will be the first into your yard and the last one to leave. He contacts all customers to accommodate their specific needs and we know from experience that he will help you with any thing you need. He is our "customer liaison representative".

Brian

Did you see the movie "pulp fiction"? Brian is our Harvey Keitel character. Formerly a clay model maker at ford, Brian builds wood gates, does service calls and helps us through our toughest moments.

Jimmy Ryan

In his 11th year with Action Fence, Jimmy brings 35 years of experience to the job. You will typically see him with his son Curt, who at 30 brings 15 years of experience. Jim's expertise is with our commercial installs and all gates. We specialize in gates and Jim allows this to happen smoothly.

Jim Toth

As PVC gained in popularity, We added Jim to our staff seven years ago. He typically works with his brother Mark. Jim and Mark's father was in the fence business as well, together they bring 40 years of experience with them.

George Rolando

George brings 35 years of experience to us. He had his own company in Florida but being a Michigan born guy he joined us to be close to his family. Don't be surprised if you see his 14 year old son Samuel with him. George does wood and Aluminum for us, George's best estimate is that he has installed over 300 miles of fence in his life.

Jason and Delvin

Jason is shy about having his picture online , but he has installed fences with Delvin for over 20 years. Also an expert in wood and aluminum, Jason and Delvin are very conscientious about your job site.

Brian and Jack

When Parks Fence stopped installing fences we were blessed to have Brian and Jack join our staff, they have installed fences all of their lives. We thought it a coup to have them join our staff. These guys can do it all, and we make sure they are busy. How about 50 years experience between them.


We feel Action Fence has assembled the best install staff in SE Michigan. Can you see comparisons with the Tigers and Redwings? Seasoned veterans who can get the job done right the first time. We don't send a couple of kids with limited experience. sure it would make it less expensive, but our guys are worth it. Experience that counts for your most important asset your house.

Our Crew Leaders are all fully bonded and insured. We want to make absolutely sure that you are comfortable with the people who come to your home. We try our best to make sure your yard looks like we were never there ...except for your beautiful new fence!
